Balance & Bliss herbal tea blends are designed to balance the influence of the Doshas (dynamic forces of nature and your body/mind constitution). The Vata Herbal Tea Blend has grounding and warming qualities. This is a loose tea sold in a 16 oz. glass jar. You will need a tea ball or strainer for steeping.
Ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Fennel, Lemon Verbena, Orange Peel, Peppermint, Rose Petal, Sarsparilla, Vana Tulsi
Directions: Steep 1 teaspoon of herbal blend in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes. Sip slowly, beathe deeply and ENJOY!
